The Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) is a new Oregon state agency that supports the development and well-being of all Oregon children and ensures families in every corner of the state have access to high-quality early learning and care. DELC also supports child care professionals by providing technical assistance, professional development opportunities, business services, licensing, grants and other resources.
Preschool Promise (PSP) is a free, high-quality preschool program available to Oregon families who are living at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level in Oregon. The program serves children ages 3-5 in a “mixed-delivery model,” meaning that the program is operated in a variety of settings, and with a variety of sponsor organizations.

Early Childhood CARES provides early intervention and early childhood special education to infants, toddlers and preschool age children in Lane County.

Inclusive Partners is a statewide program that works to empower Oregon's child care providers to create environments that encourage full participation for all children . Regardless of provider type or funding stream, Inclusive Partners provides technical assistance, consultation, and support so all children can play, learn and grow together..
Quality Care Connections is Lane County's Child Care Resource and Referral Agency. We support the local child care and early learning workforce through consultation, coaching, and training. We also educate parents and our community about Oregon's care options, how to find child care that meets your needs, and how to recognize quality care.
The Employment Related Day Care (ERDC) program helps families who are working, in school, or receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) pay for child care, including registration fees. We also work with partners across the state to help families find and keep good child care. Sign up for email updates
ERDC is a subsidy program. This means many families still pay part of the child care cost. This is called a copayment (copay).
